Oh my goodness, I don't know where the time has gone! I can't believe Kamryn is already 13 months old today! In this past month she has started doing so many new things! We took a trip to Omaha last week for a Nebraska Gymnastics Alumni reunion I had. It was great to be back home, seeing old teammates and friends and family. While we were there Kamryn was like a little monkey. She would try to mimmic so many things people would do. She really is growing into a big girl and is so smart! Here are a few things Kamryn started doing this past month:
- growls like a bear/tiger when she sees one or you ask her what a bear/tiger says
- blows kisses
- drinks from a straw
- blinks her eyes when asked where her eyes are
- points to her ears, nose, head, and tummy
- sticks out her tongue when asked where her tongue is
- shakes her head "no"
- says "more" and does the sign for "more"
- throws a ball
- stands by herself and will take one step
- throws food on the ground to Rylee, and knows she's not supposed to!
- points to Mommy and Daddy correctly when we ask her where we are
- points to her iPod dock when she wants to listen to music and dance
She is turning into such a big girl and we are amazed at all the new things she is learning! Here are a couple pictures from our trip to Omaha.
